BLUEGILLS ARE ONE OF THE BEST EATING FISH OUT THERE. LOOK DOWN TO THE OLDER POSTING TO SEE HOW TO COOK THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fillet them dunk in egg and roll in breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown. best eating next to walleye

to fry gills there are several different breadings you can use. i like saltine of ritz crackers, but the best is a breading i get from a food distributor that is called Fry Crisp.

i belive they are #3 on my list after crappies(2) then walleyes. pike are good too if you know how to filet them. easy. gills are worth the time keeping and cleaning
