Meeks Cabin Reservoir
« on: Feb 05, 2019, 08:00 PM »
Curious if anyone has ice fished Meeks Cabin Reservoir.  Took a sled ride to it today and saw no evidence of folks fishing.  Water level is really low, not sure if this is normal for the winter or not.  I would really like to fish it but don't want to drag all my crap out there if there is no point.  Hopefully someone has an experience to share.

I used to fish there as a kid. It’s a very unproductive water and they tend to stock it like crazy with rainbows. If working hard for 10 inch planters is your thing, then you found the jackpot.

Copy that you very much, I will probably give it a try one day, but will stick to other lakes and bigger fish for now.
