I'm looking at the pre-order for the Milwaukee M18 Fuel 8 1/4" Table Saw with 12AH HD Kit.
Looks like a 12AH battery is coming.

$249 for the battery and charger puts the saw for $150.
Quite often Milwaukee has a (Real Good Freebe) offer when buying a Kit. Like a free 5AH battery.

Looks like someone is addressing the torn-off handle problem???

I noticed that as well. The previous auxilary handle contact points on the drill housing were total garbage. I know a lot of guys didn’t have a problem with them (I did) but with what the drill was rated to do, I didn’t see the handle lasting even on construction projects. They should have just done it the new way to begin with. However, at least it’s being addressed. I have a Clam plate now anyways so it’s a moot point but I still might pick up the newer bare tool.

That 12ah battery looks like a total monster.

I wanted to see if the new improved handle would fit my drill. Nope! Is what i was told. One would think, they know they have an issue with the old type handle breaking off under load. That they would make a work around for us with the "old" two year old drill.
