#3 chubbie darters?

Anyone have any input on these little buggers? They seem to be pretty neat looking, but are there any practical uses to them?

i slammed the crappies today until a couple of northerns came along and took both my little luminesent orange chubbies.. :%$#!:

yes, they work.  caught some perch one day and another day caught some bass on the same #3.
