Cooking trout??

I love trout just fried up in a pan or over a campfire, but i was wondering if you guys have any other suggetion on cooking them. Thanks :'(

Put them in some tin foil then put some lemon slices, salt, pepper, butter and if you like dill a little dill. Wrap it up and throw it on the grill or in the oven. If you like it a little crispy open the tin foil after about 5-10 min depending on the size. And then a beer or glass of white wine and enjoy.
