Alright I have a bunch of time on my hands. Its been discussed many of times before, and people want it. Hasn't happened though, so I figure I'll get the ball rolling on it.
It will be an eBook in a .pdf file. The theme of the book will be "Cooking on the Ice" If you're interested in submitting recipes, please post below WITH a picture of the dish. Please focus on recipes that are easy to cook with a camp stove/wood stove/BBQ but feel free to post your favorite smoked, baked, or whatever dish.
So, lets see your favorite fish batter, fish, chili, desert, drink recipe, anything that YOU eat on the ice or at home that's absolutely delicious.
I'll get the eBook rolling tonight, and if someone wants to post a cover picture for it, be my guest.
