what would cause my propane auger to have to balls when i pull the throttle handle

"NO Balls" I'm guessing you meant.
Could be a regulator not getting enough or to much propane at full throttle making it bog out and have no power.
I don't know much about the propane but I'm guessing its not much different from a gas and that would be where I would start
