I asked that question in the reports section but didn't get much feedback.  You may want to try calling the bait shop near there, the name is the Crossroads and the number is (518) 494-3821.  I would like to know the conditions myself.

I have heard that they are fishing there as well as Schroon. I went further north Saturday and we had good ice. Not sure what the snow did though.
