From earlier today, went out about 1. Walked around the entire lake, 160 ft spring fed so I don't even chance walking the middle

Targeted perch first, heres my results

Made the walk to the opposite side of the lake and fished here

View back across to the house

Ended with 17 gills and crappie kept, threw back many

Doug, that picture of the crappie with the sun in the background turned out really good.  I'm going to try and duplicate that picture on my next outing and see how it turns out for me.  Took a few pictures from the lake I was at yesterday.  It was a private lake and nobody had been on it all season.  Was really weird to see a lake this late in the year with zero tracks on it.  The only tracks on the entire lake were the ones that we made.  It was a really cool lake and some of the views were awesome.

Bret I caught that camel backs little brother, about 12" same body of water! Only about the 3rd one I caught like that, any idea what that comes from, other than a birth defect?

It was a beautiful day on Lake Erie today. It took us all day to get our limits. Fergie had the hot hand catching the largest &  the most. Great job Fergie!

I got my first trout though the ice Sunday morning. Then I got to get my dad back out on the ice for the first time since his hart attack 3 years ago .

it was a little creepy coming off the ice tonight in the dark and in the fog. Other than the slush and all the water it was pretty good night. Ended up with two keepers.
