I saw 2 dead bees out on the ice today. Yesterday's brief warm up must have gotten them a little too excited!

I was out in that mess today. I was one for the first 3 guys out at about 6am and when I left I counted 33 shanties around me! Had a guy walk over to my tip up, look at it, then drill a hole less than 10 feet from it! Ridiculous! It took everything within me to stay calm lol

Few pics from the weekend. 1st pic I caught it and had no idea what it was or if it was good eating. Took a pic and buddy later told me it was a cisco, 1st time I had ever caught one.

Looks like a cisco to me. How long was that one? Caught 2 of them Monday and mine was only 9 inches long.

Ha ha ,... if you didn't get him through the hole it never happened...lol..about had the same problem with my avatar..took two hands, but he squeezed through...anything else that night??

I was able to locate these photos from the "Classified" folder dated "March 10th of fish that made it out of the hole (there where a few photos not included because they were marked "Super Double Top Secret"):

You think I'm bad, I was walking out to the spot when I stopped to take my coat off, and all the sudden a few warning shots rang out, and I see Paul in the bushes gesturing to keep walking. After I gathered myself, I look down and see an ice hole with a couple carp scales around it! Then I knew what all the fuss was about! Dude has it bad for them golden beauties!!
