big south pd res, in plymouth

  help.....can anyone tell me about the pond if u are allowed to ice fish it ....i'm told its a good perch pd, its in a state park i think ? also is  little south pd a stocked trout pd .....any help please.......dave

I have never fished this pond but if your looking for big yellow perch on the South Shore and lots of them try Oldham pond in Pembroke. Must have caught about 2 dozen last weekend. Will catch a few pickerals and bass as well but mostly perch.

Try Makija(spelling) in Plymouth ....slob yellows in there

I assume you are talking about Great South. It is quite a large body of water and I doubt that you will find safe ice there. And no, Little South does not get stocked with trout.
