Perchnut, It looks like you were out on the main portion of Deep Creek Lake. That's an excellent fishery. Only wish it was closer.

We were out in front of the yacht club. It was one of the few places that we could actually get on the ice that weekend. And I agree, its a great place to fish, and at a 2.5 hour drive for us, the Oakland motel gets lots of our business durring the winter....

Work was slow so I took the nights off and did a little fishing. The first one I was wondering where all my panfish went, now I know. The second one, I was tryin a new spot and that's all I caught, he fought big, lol. The Pike (27 inches) I caught on my light action rod with 4 lb test on a crappie minnow. 19 feet of water is a long way to reel something up on equipment like that, lol, didn't know what I had gotten myself in to.
