Skip Reilly did the mount....and I too think he did a great job. However, I am having Travis from MAJESTIC WHITETAILS do the work on the 183''er. If you went to the show up in lake george this past weekend, you may have seen some of his work....unreal.

Are you sure your wife didn't beat you with a frying pan for going icefishing instead of your household chores? ;D

Got jumped while ice fishing? I never heard of such a thing.  They must be a lot more territorial about their fishing spots in your area.  ???

Hey adkroy...nice fish...are they wild or DEC stocked? I have a Bro in law that lives near lake Bonaparte north of Watertown and he fishes Lakers through the ice there. I have been considering going up and trying that with him. What's your preferred method(s)?.....WK
Give your son a fish, and he will eat for a day.....teach your son to fish and eventually he'll end up kicking your @ss every time you fish together!!!

WK some are stocked some are natural. I like to use tip-ups with smelt (where I can) just off the bottom on a size 10 hook at the end of a 3 foot 20lb monofiliament leader. Also like to jig with a piece of smelt on a swedish pimple. See my picts on the picture board.

Hey Everyone,

I've been lurking for a bit and finally made the time to register. What a great forum!  :)

Just started back ice-fishing again this year after a 10 year break.  :o How stupid was that but most of my buddies don't fish, let alone on hard water.  :-[

This picture was taken 2 nights ago. I caught these brown trout outside of Kingston Ontario at the Hydro Plant.

Cheers everyone
