Northerns in real butter and fresh lemon pepper fried on an open fire at the lake while trying to catch some more.

Fried perch, cornflake crumbs for breading, my homemade tartar sauce, rye bread and butter, some slaw, and a cold beer....Ok, now im hungry.  When I fry up a big batch of perch fillets, I dont know whats better...the look of all those golden brown fillets on a plate or eating them....alright, i do know whats better, but they look nice too.....

Gonna have to try that one Walltrout!!!  I love Northern!

Have you ever tried fish tacos using grilled pike?  Take Pike fillets cut into manageable chunks, dredge in butter or coat with canola oil, season with fajita seasoning and slap them on a griddle on the barbeque that is about 400 degrees.  They dance and smoke and take about 1.5-3 minutes a side depending on thickness and then just break in up and stuff in soft taco shells with all the good fix'n's....

I'm having that Tomorrow for Supper!!!!!

My favorite has to be to grab a big ol striper fillet, lob on butter and Mrs. Dash, wrapped in tinfoil and thrown right on the grill.

Maybe hash up an onion in there to taste.
I caught you a delicious bass, wanna play me?
