Brant Lake Ice
« on: Jan 25, 2024, 03:11 PM »
Just checking to see if anyone has any feedback on the ice thickness up at Brant Lake. I am thinking about heading up there this weekend....possibly Sunday but wanted to check to see what folks are saying??
If its too risky there any suggestions up that way?

I have fished it a couple times and have been pounding the crappies. Perch bite has been slow. Let me know if you head up this weekend I will meet up and show you some great spots to try. Good Luck and be safe as this weather has been pretty bad for ice.

I was there today to check the ice up by Point o Pines. Ice is fine measured 6 inches where I drilled. The only issue I had was there was six inches of water on top of the ice from all the rain and snow melt
