has anyone came up with a better system for winding up the cord to the camera on the Scout.  It's a pain in the #$$ winding that thing around the base, especially when your moving around a lot.

I think most guy's with cameras (including myself) don't set up the camera until our flashers tell us we have a good spot. I may run the camera down in 4 - 5 spots through the course of a day but when the fishing is such that you have to run & gun then I mainly set up with the flasher.

I keep mine in a dry wall bucket it's like a short 5 gal. When you want to move bring up the cam and shove it all in the bucket, its easy to carry and you dont have to wrap up that cable every time you move
