Most the time I take easy food, I don't cook while fishing so it will be chips, sandwich, beef Jerky....stuff like that

mite just be the "deer logs" I tried from the hardwater cuisine section of this site.

a buddy turned me onto braunschwager, red onion, spicy brown mustard, on rye.

here is one to try. you just mite like it too. mayo, dill pickle, peanut butter, on white bread. sounds nasty but doesn't taste bad.

i watched a guys food ruin his bite one time. we were both hammering the crappie. he started messing with this habanero cheese. an hour later, as i limited, he had no bites on the baits he did after handling that cheese! that's the only thing we could figure because nothing else changed. when i ate it i used my pocket knife because i didn't want to rub my eyes or something.

I pack a donut,jerky and a few monster or rockstar energy drinks.i barely make time to eat while im out fishing but being diabetic i have to take time to eat something so i dont get into a low blood sugar situation.

Why is the wild game sticks so much better than what you can buy commercially? Venison sticks are amazing; slim Jim’s are terrible.
