Well, I do hope they are wrong and what gives me some hope is their last two hurricane season predictions.  Talk about being as far off as you could be, lets hope this is the same story.

I hope so too, but this same guy was dead on for last winter.   I am going with the Farmers Alamanac prediction....cold...c old....cold.

Just give us enough cold air to get a good amount of decent ice that will hold up to any short lived periods of warming  I remember one March it being 50°+ and there were 5"+ of good ice.

Sure remember those days.  I can remember a late March day and it was almost 70 degrees and we still had 12+ inches of ice.  We fished in short sleeves that day and got sunburned like a lobster.
