The same thing she says about all the ice fishing(when there's ice).... nothing...., I don't ask about the new clothes and shoes in the closet, she doesn't complain about hunting/fishing.

I'm at the end of doing a complete bathroom remodel. Everytime she would "peer into" our computer room and see me on iceshanty.com she would say " ice shanty.com again??? Are you ever going to get the bathroom done?" Fortunately, both our kids love ice fishing..........she is outnumbered!

My x-wife didn't have much of a problem when it came to me lurking around on the ice shanty - she had WAY more of problem with my fishing addiction then anything else - only got her to go twice and that was open water - she refused to go ice fishing - just told her it was her loss and went twice a month - they were the best and the worse two days of the month

- but then again this is one of only a few hundred reasons we got divorced - so its a good thing we call her x now - first year in many without her - should be LOTS of ice fishing going on.

Well wait till ice out at least! all the $ yould have to spend on a future one during this time frame (Christmas,new years valentines day,ect)

can be spent on fishing!

I never looked at it this way... I'll have to budget out my priorities, we have spring northern run, then the perch/gill spawn - looks like i can fit in finding a woman at the end of July till august - then the walleye pickup till ice. 2 months should do it

My g/f is a big supporter.Last two christmas presents were ice armor and aquaview camera. She is all about any of my hunting and fishing activities as long as i am out of the house and let her sleep till noon on sat. and sunday. Couldn't work out any better.
