1-13-09 Perch

Targeted Perch today on Chateaugay.  I got really lucky, I drilled one hole and dropped a line down and never left that hole.  Caught a total of almost 200 fish.  Kept my limit.  I let some 7" & 8" go back down the hole.  Most that I kept were in the 11" range.

Yeah the day before I spend 6+ hours chasing and only brought home 6 keepers and some of them would have gone back in the drink yesterday.....  You know the old saying.  Every Ice Dog 69  has his day :D

sometimes you land on em!!! i think you landed and whipped up on em!!! im very jealous!!! that must have been a fun time!!hard to find perch in my area in that size range and numbers like that!! very impressive!!bassman79 ;D ;D ;D
