Only needed to go as far north as Upper Mud in Madison. Got there at 9ish, 4 vehicles in the lot so I figured it was good. Got out there and it was 3+ inches of good clear ice. Ended with 24 gills and 1 crappie but had to work for them. Done at 3PM. A few guys had tip ups out, saw a few flags but not many. When I left, there was close to an inch of water on the ice from the snow that melted. I wouldn't go back tomorrow with the warm weather and rain. Not sure how to attach a picture here though
