Wakefield pond report
« on: Dec 12, 2018, 09:00 PM »
31F at 11am at Wakefield pond today. Me and my boy Calzone52 found a small cove with 3.5 inches of solid black ICE!!!! 6 Flags 3 pickerel. One monster around 2.5-3 pounds and 2 smaller ones. Had a small yellow perch but lost him at the hole. We had a good day. Going to try and go out on Friday. Good luck to all!!!!

Hey guys thinking about hitting wakefield this weekend. Any reports on the ice there? It’s a bit of a drive for me. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Wakefield and Wilsons are both wide open. This wind just won't quit. :'(

I was checking a shallow canal in Central RI today...1.5-3 inches of solid clear ice...so think small and shallow waterways and you can be ice fishing in RI by wed
