Fished N. end of big lake today, Moultonborough area + or -, Foot travel was good, sleds running around with ease and I think an atv with chains would have been fine, a few drifts that may have to backed out of or go around but I think you would have been fine. Pretty good white bite considering the stage of the moon! sorry don't know how to post pics so you'll need to take my word for it, or not. All in all better than expected!
