How far north did you have to go and what lake did you fish? 

What was the best method for the fish you caught? Tip ups? Jigging? Dead sticking? Live bait? No bait?

And last, but not least..... side of lake and depth, if you dont mind answering.

We were about 5 hours or so north of Kalamazoo and caught some jigging but most came off tip ups set on a drop off point

Got out this morning. 3" of ice and solid. Fishing was tough. Had to chase the schools. Punched about 50 holes for 16 gills. Lol. The only bites came in about 30 fow suspended 6 to 8' off bottom. Anything on the bottom were tight lipped. Sunshine and high pressure doesn't help either.
