I was down the water way from you NB at the next pond fishing for salmonoids and we only got 1 and a perch.  Anybody drive out on the Boag today i guess there was a truck out there on thursday. I couldnt beleive all the people that parked in the parking lot and walked the river to get to the back side there must have been 20 trucks.  How thick was the ice i just checked Wickaboag and there was 9.5 to 10 and i was thinking of driving out tomorrow.  We will see i got 4 wheelers, but it would be nice to jump in the truck with the temps predicted tomorrow.

Fished brimfield, action was very slow, almost to the point of nonexistance.  Results were 3 nice perch and couple of crappies.

Slabcrab, want to trade crappie lake info?

We got slammed with perch, pics and calicos at the Nip during the tournament yesterday.

Bass were few and far between, but that's what they say the Nip is like.

We missed several that were probably bass too though.

Handful of perch at Mascopic today and the same at Long Pond Dracut yesterday I think its the Late ICE thats caused the slow fishing. I hope things change for next weekend. At this point even a small Bass would be awesome.

Coastie> Still having fun though.

Hope you're right.  Besides, any time on the ice is good....beats a day at work.

Fished Saturday in Andover mass. Pulled the sled a long way through the 4 inches of slush and snow, we earned every fish we caught and we lost more than we caught.  The biggest was a 3 lb pickerel and a couple of two pound bass,  Cannot wait to get out this weekend and catch a big one.  Tight lines
