Has anyone ever herd of Michaels wholesale bait inc. in West Springfield Mass.? And do they sell wholesale to the public?

Usually you need a tax ID and a Bait Dealers permit before wholesalers will sell to you. Don't know about Michaels......but....

They do not sell to the public. Granby Bait in Granby is real good.

what is exactly the Tax ID number that you need because commercial fishermen have one. Can you use that???
