All this white stuff and cold gets me going, can't wait for the ice but for now the bite is really good out at the end of Main if anyone is looking to get out and cast a line. Just been using rigs with salties and the bite in on.

Hopefully the early ice season on the red will be good, the late open water season sucked, I fished many times late october and into november on a boat and struggled

Went out today on the local water hole Lake Irwin here in Neepawa was very windy but after 3 hours I did manage a bite from a nice size to only have it snap her off at the hole. Have around 6 inches of ice and very little snow cover.
