Pheonix worms(aka Black soldier fly larva)

Just wondering if anyone has used pheonix worms before? They often sell them in pet stores but I think they might work well for panfish.

Well I'm planning on raising some. They compost just about anything, for them to compost they have to be kept fairly warm. If I can raise them they would be pretty cheap. Not sure though on retail value. I think they can be stored at pretty low temps, they are native to southern PA
