Proper way to measure fish

That's great Cooley, but if you'll notice the top of the document states "Michigan Department of  Natural Resources". 

Methods of measuring fish differ from one location to another.  New Brunswick regulations, for example, state anglers must measure from the fork of the tail.

However I see your point.  If we designate a specific measuring method prior to tournament commencement, confusion could be avoided.

But thanks Cooley, if I ever go to Michigan I'll know how to measure my catch.  We measure our fish the same here in Alberta ;D
