I want to try a new Pike lake but where should I go?
« on: Mar 02, 2018, 10:54 AM »
So Ill start with the standard fare of I'm not looking for specific spots or anything but just want to get some advice on where to go tomorrow that has some safe Ice.

I would like to try a new lake for some Pike fishing    I usually hit Messo or Sabattus but would like to give something new a try.   I was thinking about possibly hitting Annabessacook or North pond for something new that would possibly be an easy walk.  I'm not really looking for someone to tell me how hot the fishing is in a certain spot as I know how that goes around here.  Helpful advice or recommendations would be much appreciated  :) ;D

Shallow, weedy areas, back coves where bait funnels in and out of

Thanks guys!

I drove by Anna an hour ago and there was one guy out there - It looked a little questionable right where you get on but I think Ill probably give it a go tomorrow as it looked fine not to far out.
