lake mille lacs (Vineland Bay) Tips?

Hello all,
I am going to be fishing this sunday in Vineland Bay area of Mille Lacs and was wondering if any one had suggestions on the kinds of jigs/baits to use to better my chances of catching some walleye? Also at what dept should i set my tip-ups? all suggestions help.

She is a shallow bay for sure. Move out and look for a bar, in the main lake.
