Does Otsego freeze over good most years?  Where can a guy dragging a sled get on.  And park? Any good bars? Want to make a weekend of it.

It is "hit or miss" with ice every year on Otsego. Its been a couple years since there was reliable ice.

Glimmerglass state park.  Parking and walking available.  It will be a while before it freezes, at least it normally takes a good long cold period.

Thanks to all for the info, I will monitor ice conditions as they develop.  Nice video too, good to see kids getting into the sport.
