Mounting a Gps
« on: Feb 24, 2009, 08:52 AM »
I have mounted my Gps on my Skidoo Tundra. Since this snowmobile comes with no gauges it was rather easy. I have mounted a Gps on all my snowmobiles. I used a marine mount. It keeps it out of the wind which will help keep it warm as it runs too slow when cold. I have to pick up my 12V power supply and install it so the batteries won't be dead all the time. I didn't mount it on the handle bars like some because in a roll over this would be the first thing to get damaged.
