When I was going through my storage closet in my basement I found three spools of Trilene Cold Weather line and when I checked the date on them one was 2013 and two were 2009. They're brand new in the package, never in sunlight, and stored at an average maximum temperature of 75 degrees. When I unspooled some line the twist looks identical to line that was made in 2016. I know line is cheap but do you guys think it's any good?

If they are higher # test lines I thinke they would be OK. See how easy they break when you tie a knot.

It's four pound, it's smooth, and not sticky. I'll try tying a jig on and see how it hold up before it breaks.
