Using a fan inside the shanty

Anybody use a fan inside the shanty? I've heard that it helps to move the warm air around. Does it help? I just have a pop up style Clam and noticed the warmer air at the top. Does it help to keep the condensation to a minimum?

I have used 1 for a few years, a cheap Coleman that runs off 1 D cell. Works great, has a magnet that just sticks to a pole overhead.

I have the Clam light/fan combo for my Clam shelter. The fan does work well, and it is very light and packs well.
