Tim Snyder from Tupper has done all my fish but he moved to long lake and should be opening agian this summer. I hope so because I got a 4 1/2 lb brook trout in my freezer, and a couple perch to have done.

If you consider it a sport to gather your food by drilling through 36 inches of ice and sitting there all day hoping that the food will swim by, you might live in northern New York

Was on Chaumont Bay out from the boat launch yesterday. 10" ice easily where we were (about 3/4 mile out). Shore was week getting off and the plank that was laid down for access was gone... Weeded through dinks and came home with 46 decent yellows...

What County?

There is a list of hunting courses and such in the back of New York Outdoor News.  They may even have a link on their web page but right now not much is listed.
