5' - 5" 215 lbs wishing I was back at 165 lbs.

5'6" 147lbs. 12% body fat. Not bad for a guy who sits on his a$$ most of the time, wishing I was Fishing. I've dropped weight since I started working, just looks like I will have to wear more when I get on the ice.......if we get ice.

I weigh 225, so with height in proportion to weight I should be around 6'10"; looks like I need to grow another 10 " or so........

I am 5'11" and weigh 225. But, I think in the next week I should be dropping some weight because I had my tonsils out today. Best thing about losing weight is putting it back on!!
