 Any body been by Beseck and how is the ice by the dam i've done well here for crappies in the spring but i'll be damned if i can find the same numbers of fish in the winter covered every inch of this place through the ice but still like going there its fairly close to home and its good place for kids no one likes a hour and a half drive someplace to have to leave a hour or two later ( i'm bored i'm cold i'm tired)

I was out there on Friday.  Ice is good, solid 6 of black.  Good to go.

I fished Beseck today and I got 2 pickerel both around 19 inches and 3 yellow perch. My buddy deadman got a small pickerel a bunch of perch and a 9 inch pike. Looks like the pike are spawning  ;D and I'd rather go to Beseck than Bantam anyday. I've seen some big pike come out over there as well.

had a good afternoon in the cove, caught a 3lb bass on 2lb test and a #12 mudbug jig was aimin for perch and crappie which i did catch also
