LOL.. yep that's it .
I will tow it out and leave it at my hut for the season ,
Its not legal to have a fire directly on the ice where my hut is ,
So this is a great dual purpose idea

Cant remember if I posted in this thread before but its hard to beat some coney dogs on the ice. You can prep the chilli, and whatever else you want at home and have it in a thermos etc. We take a small whitegas back packing stove out and boil the dogs on the ice. Always seems to hit the spot on a cold day out.

Plus I think the fish smell the chilli and onions and always start biting when you are eating lol.

We take some of the dink perch and old school style. Descale gut and chop off head. Then fry in butter right in the shanty. not a gourmet meal but a good snack
