Second outing and Roger made it!!

Roger was in bed early the night before. Roger did not want to miss this time. He no likey when he hungover and can't get up early to go ice fishing.

So today we see Vancouvercanuck, The Muddler, Alpinehigh, Sparky, and THE ROG go out for a typical day ice fishing. We meet up at the Dennies for some breakfast. It was +12 degrees and raining when we met at 6:45 a.m.

By the time we hit the ice it was -4, snowing, and 60mile an hour winds. It did end up getting nicer as the day went on. All in all it was a good day with numerous Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, and Whitefish being caught.

Great pics VC. Noticed a Sensa-bite rod holder. Do you or whoever is using it like them. I was thinking of getting one for my daughter as she likes to run around and be goofy. She would run if she hears the beep and pull in the fish. She now uses a bell but would you hear the beep better?

VC- Thanks for sharing. You guys don't even know how bad we want ice...
It won't be long, but it really blows having to wait!
Maybe Alpine was too high to catch a fish?

how do you like it is it good quality? is the frabic is good in cold weather.............
