I live in N/W Ohio today the forcast is 45 degrees, 1" of rain .  Then friday and Sat 32 degrees.  We had ten inches of Ice last night can I fish Saturday??

You can fish everyday. And you WILL BE ABLE to ice fish Saturday if you want, and if you don't you will miss the hottest bite of the year. All the loose water atop the ice will flow into the lake offering the fishies fresh aerated water for the first time in a long while.

Do it. Even if there is thin ice you can place yourself on the bank and drop in a line or two and besides any day is a good day to fish!

My wife is getting her hair done,son can drive and he has a meeting.  I'm gone

The car thing I almost did.  About hit a deer last night when comming home from fishing.

I did that acouple of years ago.  Tried to turn a fishing trip into a hunting trip.
Actually did hit the deer.  The deer went down, rolled and got up and left.
The best part was that the car had no damage.     Your weather seems to be on its way to NY.  I should be all set to go fishing on the weekend though.

Plenty of ice should still be there on Saturday.  I plan on fishing both Saturday and Sunday.  Most of the experienced guys say the rain will really bring the bite on....should be flags flying like crazy....hopefully.

Are you serious??
Just look at the ice at the bottom of the hole.(fresh drilled not a left over)The bottom 5 inches is all that matters. I dont worry about the top until i have less than 5 good on the bottom.
Go for it and fish sunday too. I love fishing at 50 deg!!  you might have to re drill now and then cause your hole gets to big from the run in....just move a bit!!

hmmm   not too far north of you and i plan on fishing a few more weeks  one day of rain  with overnight lows still below freezing we will lose some of the white ice and it may be messy but by no means is there any reason you cannot fish on saturday... fishing is usually pretty good in the rain ...
