ATV's on Ice, What do I need

Coming from Michigan to do some fishing on inland "Lake X", what is needed to be legal in WI with my quad?

Michigan requires a helmet and a $16.25 ORV sticker.

Rope towed sleds are ok here. Do you guys legally need a rigid mount?
