Title: Striker 5 Ice Transducer trouble

Second year with the striker 5. Put the Ice transducer back on after using it this summer, and the depth scale either shows blank or flashes, and there is sporadically flashing lines on and off. I'm fairly new to fish finders, tried different adjustments and doesn't change. any ideas if I'm doing something wrong, had no trouble last year. I'm hoping it isn't the transducer into the second season.

Turn the unit on > Settings > My Vessel > Transducer Type > GT8HW.

yes fully charged, checked and changed transducer setting to GT8HW
