National Ice Fishing Day

is there one?  i was just scrolling thru the national list of recognized days and there is a day for everything.  i only went thru a few months but didn't see one on the national registry but there could be one.  question 1.  what would be a good day to have this day on.  question 2.  how do you go about getting on the list.  question 2.  is this a dumb idea cause lord knows i am full of them just ask my wife.
