It would work, but not intended for that use. You would be better off with a 1 or 2 amp maintenance charger that automatically goes on and off when there is a 1 amp drop in the battery. They are around $20.00 at the discount stores or auto parts stores. The composition of sealed battery that you use for your Vexilar is different than the wet cell battery in the atv. However the maintenance charger would be fine to use for the Vexilar battery.
