Title: Jigging Rap Alternative? (lower cost)

I did search but found nothing, anybody aware of any alternatives (lower cost) to the Rapala Jigging Rap? I was watching a live stream of a tournament a couple months ago where one of the anglers mentioned one, but I couldn't find the video to watch over again.

Or is the Rapala version worth the extra couple bucks they charge for it?

Just getting back into ice fishing after a 5 year lay off.

All I can say is as good as the Rapalas work, paying a couple bucks more is well worth it.

Right now Cabela's has a sale on Jigging Raps ($4.05-$5.59) and Puppet Minnows ($3.00-$3.35) plus free shipping with no minimum purchase through 12/1.  If you're looking to stock up on a budget those are pretty good deals.

jamming jigs still sell theirs ? they might so check them out I think it was produced by bad dog lures...I think there a sponsor to?
