I had the honor to go fishing with the Prospector!! So look for his new and improved fish catching you tube Video. We caught lots for the camera. My belief is there is lot's to be caught. Get off the couch. Get out and get them. Best bite was Tungston and an eyeball. I did manage to catch a few on a Northland Rattlespoon. 1/4 oz. We fished 40 feet. The fish would come in waves. Sometimes they were 6-7 feet thick of Perch off the bottom. My true belief is the fisherman can't take enough. Ice conditions 14-18 inches thick. Good Ice. The edges are soft the first 2-3 feet. The lake is rising. Don't forget your cleats slick as H$!!. Here's a pic for a teaser. HH Tightlines

Thanks for the report. Headed up there in the morning with my Grandson for his first ever ice fishing. Hope to get him into some fish.

I plan on being back up there tomorrow (Mon). ;D

Good luck Bob. If you happen to find an ice scoop with a yellow cover over the chisel on the end of the handle and a piece of pipe insulation taped around it, more than likely somewhere close to the ramp, wouldn't mind getting it back. Didn't realize it was gone till I got home and cleaned out the truck.
Edges are kind of beat up but saw several snowdogs and quads out today. One side by side tried to get on about 50 feet south of the ramp and dropped the front end through the ice and had to tow it back out with a truck.

Looks like you guys got a pile of good eats there Glen, didn't know Joe was in town. He must have been on a top secret mission ;) I'll be looking for the video.
