Frozen dinner. Been making my homemade Kahlua and Venison salami for Christmas gifts and my wife has been making and baking her homemade cookies for the same. We're "kitchened out".

Looks like sweet 'n sour slathered pigger chops on the grill, 53* out still! Maybe some chive mashed taters and corn...I'll figger that out later.

Substituted pickled beets for the taters.... *urp*  :P

Turkey pot pie... Was feeling too lazy to make a crust so covered the top with some flakey layer biscuits, worked well...

Late bfast.... ;D  Smoked ham/cheddar/green pepper omelet, 2 sausage, toast with clover honey.

Think tonite may be my "budget beef strokin' off" made as usual with the sour cream, m'rooms, onions....,
but with hamburger, 'cuz a lb of sirloin tips is just too danged spendy! I used to grab a couple ball tips and cut them in chunks, but even those are now $9 lb here. :pinch: Maybe some cannon balls in butter, (brussel sprouts) and whatever else I can toss together.
Do have a loaf of parmesan garlic bread in the freezer too.....hmmm.... :P

Not for dinner but, got 8# of Venison burger and 4# of ground pork thawing out. Time to make the salami logs for holiday gifts and snacks on the ice. [Edit] Here it is. 12# on the cure.

12* out with 35 MPH winds, WC is -10*. Perfect day for a bowl of hearty soop. Thawing out now...took a tub of my 'tater/chive with kielbasa outta the freezer.  A toasted pastrami and melty swiss sandwich with a big dill pickle should help keep me warm.   :P

By the way, today is Pizza celebration day, so says the Goog. 🍕

Substituted a baloney sandwich instead. That hot soup hit the spot! Nuttin' like dunkin'! 5* with howling winds out right now. Think I shall retire to the recliner.....*ZZZZ*SNORT*
