Fished Viking Lake yesterday. Far East end has a little open water, but 8" of ice off of the jetties by the Restuarant. Just like last year I caught a ton of dink gills, kinda disappointed. I have fished this lake in the spring and pulled some nice bass out, but I think the gills need a few more years?? Great place to take the kids though.
