KNIFE SHARPENER

has anyone ever sharpened a mister twister serrated knife blade?i bought a presto ever sharp sharpener and it put a chop your fingers off edge on my dexter fillet knife.but i need to sharpen my serrated blade and was wondering if the presto would work on it too? any help appreciated.

Best for a serated is probably a diafold.

I found the right sized chainsaw file for the teeth on my American Angler.  Slow going but works like a champ.  Just a couple of strokes on each tooth and you should be good to go.  I think I've sharpened it 3 or 4 times over the years. ( Probably due for one right now actually)  I have an Edgepro Pro for my straight edged knives, but it doesn't work for serrated blades.  Replacement blades generally aren't too expensive if your current blades are well past their prime.
